Job Description
GENERAL MANAGER NEIGHBOURHOOD
Who is a General Manager Neighbourhood
A General Manager Neighbourhood is responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable facility that must have a great club culture. Along with this the General Manager Neighbourhood will maintain a clean professional and safe environment.
What will you be doing
- Ensure a high level of member retention
- Achieve sales targets
- Operate the club within budget
- Interview and provide basic on boarding to thirdparty vendors
- Usebest practices to ensure that our members stay happy and thrilled with our services
Do you have what it takes
- Passion for Fitness
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Seasoned coaching skills
- Strong communications skills
- Previous experience with hiring and training
- A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential
- CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
- Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility
