As a Strategy Consultant youll work directly with leaders from the worlds leading and largest corporations. Youll learn how their strategies and businesses work and youll shape capabilities across the organization.

We work in small teams to develop designed experiences think customized business simulations with financial models or appbased digital learning then we facilitate these engagements with our clients in a working session that incorporates humor fun and competition; and youre the facilitator and coach who makes these experiences impactful and memorable.

There are no industry verticals at BTS and you will work with a variety of clients on different types of projects. Youll be staffed on multiple engagements at one time across different industries and with different internal teams. As a Strategy Consultant you will have the opportunity to work across our companys areas of expertise: Strategic Alignment Business Acumen Sales & Marketing and Leadership Development.

When youre not facilitating an offsite with your teammates youll spend your time designing these amazing experiences interviewing clients conducting research and analysis testing programs and learning. This is all done in a teambased setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. As your skills and career grow youll take on more responsibility to lead projects manage client relationships find new clients and opportunities to grow BTSs business and grow the careers of others BTSers.

We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50 of the time when youre not traveling. As for travel we do that differently than most consulting firms: youll travel when you are leading clients through the designed experiences you and your teammates create. On average youll travel 3050 of the time occasionally more than 50 occasionally less than 30.

What Were Looking For

Experience and Background Requirements & Preferences:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Two to five years of experience in consulting or in a relevant industry

• Some project leadership experience is ideal and for more experienced candidates experience in a clientfacing role is strongly preferred

• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range: $75000 $150000

• This range is for Business Analyst Senior Business Analyst Consultant and Senior Consultant level roles. Starting salary is determined by experience and education/degree level
