Job Description
This prestigious construction company has been operating for 30 years and is regarded as one of the most trusted and respected medium tier contractors nationally. They complete a range of commercial projects up to $50M and boast a client list that reads like the whos who in corporate Australia as well as the highest level of government accreditation
Suitable Site Managers will have had a background managinga range of commercial projects from $1M$20Min size and be able to demonstrate a history of delivering these projects on time and budget. With full headoffice support you will be able to get on with the job on site and have all the resources to achieve programme milestones.
You will start on a $8M D&C Hospitality project which will be a new icon venue on the Sunshine Coast with intricate joinery packages and highend finishes
This contractor is predominately winning negotiated workin Queenslandon educational retail commercial and industrial projects and will be extremely busy over the next couple of years.
NOTE: All suitable candidates must have a current BSA supervisors license and WH&S qualifications
