This role will involve designing and executing performance tests ensuring the scalability and reliability of our SaaS products and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design develop and execute performance and load tests to validate system scalability stability and reliability.
- Identify analyze and report performance bottlenecks providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks scripts and tools to support performance testing efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system architecture and guide performance testing strategies.
- Monitor system performance in production and support root cause analysis for performancerelated issues.
- Provide guidance on performance optimization and share best practices through documentation training and discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 35 years of handson experience in performance testing and engineering ideally within SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as JMeter Gatling LoadRunner BlazeMeter or similar.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Solid programming skills in Java Python or related languages with experience in databases like PostgreSQL.Familiarity with analyzing performance metrics using tools such as Grafana Prometheus or similar.
Preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working with global distributed teams.
- Expertise in testing largescale systems and handling high volumes of data.
- Knowledge of React and JSON for test data preparation and API performance testing.
