Who You Will Be Working With

As the Senior Lead for Client Strategy youll play a key role in setting the strategic path for our clients media initiatives. In this role youll design impactful media plans oversee campaigns from concept through and build strong client relationships that position us as a trusted partner. Youll also have the chance to guide and inspire a talented team fostering an environment of continuous growth and professional development. Bringing expertise in fullfunnel media strategy youll leverage planning and datadriven insights to deliver exceptional results and find new ways to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Acting as a connector among clients senior leadership and dedicated media and analytics teams youll ensure that strategies are seamlessly implemented creating highimpact innovative media solutions that support client objectives and drive longterm partnerships.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with clients and team members to design and lead strategic fullfunnel media plans tailored to each clients brand vision incorporating historical insights and leveraging effective planning tools.
  • Oversee budget management and forecasts with a focus on optimizing ad spend to deliver on client KPIs while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead client communications to establish trust and understanding of business needs providing clear and consistent updates and proactively identifying areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with client strategy leadership and media teams to develop update and present strategic media plans and insights using Keynote PowerPoint or GSlides.
  • Act as a liaison between clients internal teams and external partners facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring that strategies align across all channels.
  • Ensure operational excellence in managing budgets and forecasts coordinating with media teams to maintain flexibility for optimizations and aligning media spend with client goals.
  • Drive project organization and efficiency by developing project schedules managing gotomarket operations and ensuring effective prioritization across team projects.
  • Quickly address and resolve challenges to exceed team and client expectations fostering an environment of responsiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Work with media and analytics teams to build reports and dashboards that deliver insights data and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate omnichannel campaign performance making budget recommendations tracking results and proactively troubleshooting any issues.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive client reports across media channels ensuring data clarity and actionable insights.
  • Champion a testandlearn mindset coordinating tests reporting results and guiding incremental improvements across all channels.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities maintaining effective and timely communication with team members.
  • Stay current on industry trends emerging platforms and technological advancements to provide clients with innovative growthfocused recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each clients business by analyzing the industry landscape target audiences competitors and unique selling points.

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years in digital media strategy or a related field with a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced collaboration skills to align crossfunctional teams and drive impactful strategies.
  • Intermediatelevel consulting experience allowing you to provide thoughtful guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
  • A solid foundation in digital marketing with intermediate proficiency in insights management and analysis to inform datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing digital buying environments and multichannel marketing enabling the creation of comprehensive tailored media plans.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Keynote and Google Slides to support seamless data presentation and analysis.
  • A focus on client service and coaching fostering meaningful relationships and supporting professional growth within your team.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to inspire collaboration and build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with project management methodologies including the waterfall model to ensure smooth of initiatives.
  • The ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable strategies that meet client objectives and drive measurable success.
