A day in the life
No one day is the same in the life of a Regional Planner. You may start you day with on a call with a site understanding the impact of network changes to their site. Through that call you may uncover a problem that was not accounted for in the design and needs to be overcome. That may lead you to bring together network designers labor planners and/or engineering to come up with a solution that overcomes the barrier and still allows the network design intent to succeed. Then you may sit in with other team members reviewing data that you gathered to support projects they and the team are working on. And thats all by lunch.
