Who Were Looking For
ToyotasService Garage is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedToyota/Lexus Master Technician.
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform regular service on associate lease vehicles and all other company owned vehicles.
Reporting to the Service Garage supervisor the person in this role will support the TMNA Service Garage objective to maintain and repair all TMNA owned vehicles.
What Youll Be Doing
Routine Maintenance on TMNA owned vehicles
Supporting produce investigations on current and prototype vehicles
Complete part recoveries for Early-detection-early-resolution projects
Complete time studies for future TSB and SSCs
Complete technical instruction validations
Provide technical support for press events and product launches
What You Bring
ASE master technician status
Currently certified as a Toyota/Lexus Master tech
Experience as a TMNA team member or TMNA contractor providing technical support on EDER projects
Ability to communicate effectively in person via phone and email with all levels of Toyota team members
Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Create and maintain excel and access databases
A/C 609 certified
This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record thats acceptable by company standards is required for this position
Added Bonus If You Have
Communication skills include technical writing oral presentations and email communications
High proficiency in MS Office Software (Excel Word Assess PowerPoint)
Experience working with different Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Licensed to completed vehicle state inspection
