Job Description
Opportunity
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Data Engineer to support our Huntsville ALlocation.
Duties:
- Responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include:
- Developing data analytics for desktop and webdeveloped visual analytic software
- Facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics visualization and highperformance computing as well as using the specified open source COTS and GOTS technologies
- Establishing an application that produces manageable actionable intelligence from streams of a structured and semistructured data
- Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations programming and security.
- Design and construct large relational databases.
- Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structure and refine system performance and functionality.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Junior: 3 years
- Travel: 10
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
