Own the Product Vision: Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap for topoffunnel user experiences custom advertising solutions and ad tech optimization.
Drive Audience Growth: Build scalable tools and features to enhance audience discovery personalization and engagement through SEO syndication and distribution.
Lead Product Development: Oversee the development of Home Browse and Search experiences publishing workflows curation tools and commerce integrations.
Optimize Ad Revenue: Collaborate with ad operations and sales teams to create internal tools and innovative ad solutions that maximize revenue while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Enhance Ad Tech Stack: Identify evaluate and implement RevTech solutions to streamline processes increase efficiency and drive measurable outcomes.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with engineering design editorial ad ops sales and marketing teams to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.

Who You Are
5 years of product management experience preferably in a digital media and an ecommerce environment.A proven track record of developing and scaling digital product experiences that drive audience growth and revenue.
Expertise in SEO personalization search and recommendation systems and familiarity with commerce and syndication platforms.
Experience with ad tech stacks including video and display advertising inventory programmatic ads and custom ad solutions.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across disciplines and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Datadriven mindset with a focus on leveraging analytics and performance metrics to inform decisionmaking.
Familiarity with modern tools and platforms for product management such as Jira Tableau or Google Analytics.
A passion for creating userfirst experiences while driving measurable business results.
