We are delighted to be supporting a breathtaking country house hotel nestled in the stunning Wiltshire countryside. Renowned for its exceptional hospitality and dining experiences they are now seeking a talented Lounge Dining Sous Chef to oversee the banqueting and lounge dining in the hotels main kitchen.
This is an exciting opportunity to elevate the lounge dining experience moving beyond quick bites to offer guests a refined yet relaxed alternative to the hotels fine dining restaurant.
You must have your own mode of transport due to the hotels location.

- 35000 per annum plus 2000 to 3000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Helping lead a team of around five chefs ensuring the smooth operation of the banqueting and lounge dining service
- Elevating the lounge dining experience beyond quick bites offering highquality wellexecuted dishes
- Supporting the Head Chef with kitchen management staff training and maintaining high standards
- Taking advantage of excellent training and development opportunities within the group
