Job Overview:
As an IT Specialist you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues providing technical support to staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems. You will also help implement IT strategies and solutions to improve overall efficiency and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers workstations and networks
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams
- Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise
- Install configure and update software and hardware systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Ensure data security and perform regular backups
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Assist with IT projects and system upgrades as needed
- Maintain phone systems and security cameras and software
Qualifications:
- 5 years proven experience as an IT Specialist IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer networks hardware and software
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Windows Network
- Experience with network security and firewalls
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
