About the role
The Sales Development Representative role is an entrylevel position that gives you a great opportunity to get started at a truly global organisation. We have ambitious growth plans and invite you to grow with us.
Sales Development is a critical component of the sales organisation at Learning Pool. As a true hunter you will use a market leading tech stack to open new sales conversations and create sales opportunities for our Account Executives.
We are looking for people who are positive and confident in communicating to potential customers about the value that our products can bring to their business. This communication could be via email telephone video social platforms such as LinkedIn or a combination of these methods. You will be resilient and comfortable talking to strangers instigating sales conversations and building our sales pipeline. Commission is uncapped in this role so earning potential is truly based on results.
On target earnings for this position is 40000 per annum (base salary plus commission).
