Job Description
Pacific Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly growing consumer goods product company based in Hawaii with ownership in Northern California. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a widely marketed product. The CFO will oversee the companys financial planning and accounting practices while ensuring profitability and growth projections are met. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in California with 1525 travel to the Island of Hawaii. Compensation: $250k$300k. base plus bonus potential DOE.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with budgeting forecasting expertise previous experience with consumer product goods and has worked for both entrepreneurial and large organizations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct all financial operations and accounting close processes.
- Develop teams and procedures to ensure robust controls and accuracy
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage timely and accurate analysis of budgets forecasts financial reports and operational trends
- Assess the organizations financial health and provide periodic reports on stability liquidity and growth.
- Manage investor relations and spearhead capital raising initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities for strategic business partnerships.
- Experience in highgrowth environments is preferred.
- This position requires travel.
- Other duties as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or other businessrelated field. Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of direct experience in finance and accounting. Expertise in evaluating and strengthening financial reporting and
- CPA or CFA highly preferred.
- Experience with the operational aspects of entrepreneurial and large business entities.
- Strong collaboration verbal and written communication mentoring negotiation analytical and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial. Positive. Continual learner and teacher. Strategic thinker.
