The role
We are recruiting a Growth/Marketing Director to provide leadership across three core pillars of our Growth and Marketing activities:
Growth opportunities for these portfolios are supported by a global marketing team and by a globally coordinated growth team whose members work with a local cultural or industry focus.
This role will be based in Germany and will sit within our Global Growth team reporting to TBC and with a dotted line to the CEO CEE. Your primary responsibility will be driving sales and marketing activity within CEE to drive the business to achieve monthly quarterly and annual net new growth targets. The role has the opportunity to expand into other markets as business need dictates.

This is a hybrid role based in Germany and requires 3 days a week in either the Berlin or Cologne office.
