The Role
We are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Manager to join our talented European Marketing team. As Field Marketing Manager you will develop and execute integrated marketing plans for our commercial solutions in Europe and work closely with Sales Market Strategists and Product Marketing teams in a fastpaced and rapidly growing business.
What Youll Do
- Oversee and drive demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives of the existing customer base and acquire new customers
- Own strategy development and of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to demand generation campaigns/nurtures customer retention and education campaigns field events user events industry events/tradeshows webinars digital and PR
- Write onmessage campaign copy (including landing pages emails and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversion
- Work closely with sales teams to craft accountlevel marketing plans for top strategic accounts
- Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decisionmakers for pharma/life sciences purchasing
- Manage relevant 3rd parties in the of programs
- Work crossfunctionally with product sales customer success and other teams to develop and execute gotomarket programs
- Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation within B2B enterprise software or cloudbased solutions
- Experience in building and executing gotomarket plans and integrated marketing programs
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fastpaced environment!
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and sense of ownership
- Excellent spoken & written English. Additional language skills are also a bonus!
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketo
- ABM expertise
- Life sciences industry experiences a plus but not essential
