What youll do as a Product Designer at YND
Collaborate with Design Team Project Management developers and other team members to design launch and iterate on digital products.
Support ongoing projects further developing the product designs based on delivered concepts design systems and wireframes.
Translate business requirements into user flows prototypes and beautiful UI designs for multiple platforms.
Occasionally support internal design and marketing processes by providing various graphic design assets.
Work in an agile environment where critical thinking and initiative are valued.
Job requirements
Musthaves
3 years of experience building and shipping products for mobile and desktop
Portfolio of creative design that showcases your visual and interaction design skills (Absolutely MUST have)
Knowledge of UI design processes and best practices of responsive design
Knowledge of UX best practices tools and processes to reach both: business goals and high usability standards while moving within any project constraints
Knowledge of basic graphic design principles
Strong understanding of typography & composition
Being up to date on the latest trends methods and tools in digital product design regularly consume blogs books and articles to expand your field of expertise
Ability to work well in an egofree highly collaborative and crossfunctional team
Good English and Polishskills
Ability to make quick and firm decisions
Nice to have
Animation/motion design skills
Basic HTML / CSS knowledge to better understand UI design constraints
