Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to optimize the effectiveness of our sales team by providing the necessary tools training and processes to drive success. This individual will be responsible for reducing new hire rampup time improving sales performance and ensuring seamless alignment between sales marketing and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales enablement training or sales operations with a passion for developing strategies that enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent coaching skills strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of improving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

    • SalesTraining&Onboarding:Developandimplementstructuredtrainingprogramstoacceleratenewhireonboardingandimproveongoingsaleseffectiveness.
    • SalesProcessOptimization:Identifyinefficienciesinthesalesprocessandintroducebestpracticesensuringastandardizedandscalableapproachtoselling.
    • Content&ToolManagement:Curateandmaintainsalescollateralplaybooksscriptsandtrainingmaterialstoensuresalesrepshaveaccesstotherightresourcesattherighttime.
    • PerformanceMonitoring:Trackandanalyzekeysalesmetricsprovidingactionableinsightsanddatadrivencoachingrecommendationstoimproveteamperformance.
    • Collaboration:WorkcloselywithSalesMarketingandProductteamstoalignstrategiesrefinemessagingandenhancetheoverallcustomerexperience.
    • Coaching&SkillDevelopment:Conductroleplayingsessionscallcoachingandhandsonworkshopstohelpsalesrepsrefinetheirtechniquesandobjectionhandlingskills.
    • Technology&CRMOptimization:EnsuresalesteamsareleveragingSalesforce(orsimilarCRM)effectivelyprovidingtrainingandbestpracticesfordatahygieneandworkflowefficiency.

What Were Looking For:

    • 2 years of experience in sales enablement training or sales operations
    • Strong background in sales methodologies coaching and performance improvement.
    • Experience designing and executing onboarding programs and sales training initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools to track performance and improve sales workflows.
    • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire a sales audience.
    • Highly collaborative able to work crossfunctionally with marketing product and sales leadership.
    • Passion for developing talent driving revenue growth and ensuring sales teams operate at peak performance.
    • Ability to learn quickly adapt to a fastpaced environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
