About the Role
The Bilingual Education Specialist I plays a vital role in empowering individuals families and support networks affected by inheritable blood and bleeding disorders through the development and delivery of dynamic bilingual educational content. Reporting to the Manager of Education this role focuses on creating English and Spanish educational materials and program plans that promote health education risk prevention and capacitybuilding initiatives. Working closely with our Education Team and key stakeholders the Specialist ensures that all content is accessible culturally diverse and engaging. This position offers the opportunity to shape impactful educational experiences enhance health access and make a meaningful difference within the bleeding disorders community.

Where You Will Work
This position is a remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants should be comfortable working remotely with a team dispersed across the country. This role requires some travel typically 58 trips annually which includes overnight weekends and our annual Bleeding Disorders Conference.

Compensation
We have carefully considered industry benchmarks the experience required for this position and internal salary comparisons to determine the appropriate salary range for this role. For this position NBDF has set the salary at $55000 and it is nonnegotiable due to our companys commitment to maintaining internal pay equity. This approach ensures that we maintain a fair and consistent compensation structure across the organization.
