Job Description:
Are you a seasoned HVAC professional with a decade of experience under your belt Do you thrive in both residential and commercial environments ensuring toptier service and customer satisfaction If so BIEG Plumbing wants you!
What Youll Do:
- Lead and oversee HVAC installations maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC.
- Current city and county licenses for HVAC services (mandatory).
- Journeyman license (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to union membership and adherence to union standards.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and technical knowledge.

Pay: $50.00 $53.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
