Your role
As a Lead Consultant you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capabilitybuilding and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
Hands on experience in Labvantage Configuration Customization and Support
Understanding of the business processes for Labvantage applications.
Experience with user requirements gathering test management/automation and support during cutover golive and hypercare phases
The ability to gather both technical and functional requirements to produce detailed business and technical specifications
Presenting solutions and the rationale behind decisionmaking to both technical and nontechnical audiences through documentation and presentations.
Exposure to two or more software development languages (e.g. Java JavaScript React)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with other systems such as LabWare StarLIMS IDBS SampleManager Nugenesis Empower
Experience in cloudbased technologies (e.g. AWS Kubernetes Kafka Snowflake MongoDB Oracle JBoss)
