Job Description
What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking an Equipment Room Manager to support the mission and vision of the University within the Department of Film and Digital Media.
An Associates Degree and at least one year of relevant work experience is required. A Bachelors Degree and two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
What You Will Do
- Manage the equipment for the student checkout process for the department fulfilling student course production equipment needs working in conjunction with the departments Production Supervisor to provide academic support and maintain the equipment rotation schedule
- Maintain the checkout software system and an accurate count of operational equipment inventory new equipment acquisitions and rotate equipment to minimize wear and tear
- Assist the engineering team in equipment setup for courses by pulling required gear from inventory and testing function
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support mission Baylor University.
- Comply with University policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
