Salary: 1791.66 gross/month 39 hours/week)

About the Role
We are looking for Germanspeaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding support in the hospitality industry. The role involves handling inbound calls from Germanspeaking customers assisting with reservations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. A salesoriented mindset is highly valued as closing bookings will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide topquality customer support in German.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings.
- Upgrade bookings from customers.
What We Offer
- Permanent contract 39 hours/week) after a 2month probation period.
- Competitive salary of 1791.66 gross per month.
- 1500 signon bonus.
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 08:00 22:00 including alternate weekends.
- Paid training (onsite)
Relocation Support
For candidates who are not currently residing in Mlaga but are willing to relocate we offer a relocation assistance package to ease the transition:
- Travel Reimbursement: Up to 200 for transfer expenses (train flight etc.
- Financial Assistance for Housing: Between 300400 per month (gross) included in the payroll during the first three months in Spain.
Who We Are Looking For
- Native or fluent German speaker fluent English skills.
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mlaga.
