Job Description
A rapidly expanding healthcare company with multiple branches is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can develop and implement innovative HR systems while fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the HR Manager will need to connect with employees at all levels and build a thriving team. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement HR systems and processes to support company growth and ensure efficient operations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture addressing employee concerns and ensuring a high level of engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Handle recruitment onboarding and employee development processes.
- Manage employee relations resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall company goals.
- Promote and support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to problemsolve and take initiative.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
