Responsibilities:
Design develop and deliver scalable solutions within a crossfunctional Agile team addressing key business needs.
Implement robust software components for datadriven systems ensuring efficiency and maintainability.
Conduct technical analysis and articulate solutions designing engineering patterns that can be leveraged across multiple product offerings with a high volume of endusers.
Optimize and enhance existing solutions proactively identifying and resolving complex technical challenges while weighing tradeoffs in cost performance and scalability.
Develop reusable components and services adhering to corporate engineering standards best practices and modern development frameworks.
Apply software engineering best practices leveraging automation in testing deployment and monitoring to ensure reliable and efficient solution delivery.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively communicating complex concepts through documentation diagrams and code comments.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
6 years of handson experience in backend development building scalable and highperformance systems.
Backend Development & Programming:
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or similar objectoriented programming languages).
Experience in developing optimizing and scaling backend services for highperformance applications.
Database & Data Engineering:
Advanced SQL programming skills with experience in database performance tuning for large datasets.
Proficiency in relational database management systems (MS SQL PostgreSQL or similar).
Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop Databricks Spark/Scala Nifi or ETL processes is a plus.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Understanding of cloud computing environments such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments is a plus.
Messaging & Distributed Systems:
Familiarity with largescale messaging systems like Kafka RabbitMQ or commercial equivalents.
Scripting & Automation:
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash Scala Perl or PowerShell for automation and system integration.
Software Development Best Practices:
Knowledge of microservices architecture RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Strong logical analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Understanding of financial industry fundamentals is highly preferred.
