*Job Title: Sales Officer Gold Loan / CLAP (Loan Against Property)*

*Location:* Multiple locations in Karnataka Erode Coimbatore Trissur Salem Chennai

*Salary Package:* Up to 3.18 Lacs PA (Gold Loan positions) / Up to 4.00 Lacs PA (CLAP positions)

*Job Description:*

As a Sales Officer you will be responsible for promoting and selling Gold Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Your primary goal will be to increase the customer base and achieve sales targets in your designated region.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• *Gold Loan Sales Officer:*
• Identify and approach potential customers for gold loan services.
• Provide detailed information on loan terms conditions and benefits.
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• *CLAP Sales Officer:*
• Identify and approach potential customers for loan against property services.
• Explain loan products benefits and eligibility criteria to clients.
• Guide customers through the application process and assist with necessary paperwork.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

*Academic Qualification & Experience:*

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in gold loan or LAP sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

• Male candidates only.
• Must possess a valid twowheeler and be familiar with the local area (localized).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.

*Age Limit:*

• For Gold Loan Positions: 22 to 35 Years.
• For CLAP Positions: 22 to 35 Years.
