Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
Qualifications:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions leveraging the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Development: Develop custom applications workflows and reports using Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dynamics 365 platform capabilities.
- Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs including entity customization form design workflows business rules and integrations.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Power Automate Azure Logic Apps and other integration tools.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
- Documentation: Document technical designs configurations and customizations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers on developed solutions including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest features updates and best practices related to the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 34 years of relevant experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Extensive experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules.
- Strong experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including C# .NET JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows to effectively translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data integration techniques and technologies such as Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to provide basic level 1 support including initial assistance and troubleshooting for endusers.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
