As an Organizational Development Specialist you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What youll be doing:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business priorities
- Design deliver and evaluate employee and leadership training programs
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future workforce needs
- Support talent management career development and performance management initiatives
- Manage learning programs including course creation and administration in UKG LMS
- Develop competency models and recommend offtheshelf training content
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate company values into training programs
- Lead change management employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
- Facilitate teambuilding workshops and resolve organizational conflicts
- Support accreditation processes through survey administration and action planning
- Contribute to diversity equity and inclusion efforts
- Oversee employee engagement surveys and analyze data for strategic insights
- Track training effectiveness using ROI methodology and recommend improvements
- Manage grantrelated learning data and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Stay current on best practices in organizational development and training
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in HR Industrial Psychology Business or related field
- 46 years experience in corporate training within complex multisite organizations
- CHRP and CTDP certification preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles participative training design group dynamics interactive learning leadership coaching and conflict resolution
- Strong facilitation presentation and instructional design skills
- Experience with blended learning solutions (instructorled online virtual)
- Strong problemsolving critical thinking and collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication skills; French is an asset
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced serviceoriented environment
- Skilled in needs analysis training strategy development and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook; ability to create training resources assessments and presentations
