Amazon Business is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Seattle WA.
We are seeking an exceptionally bright multitasking and selfmotivated individual who has superior attention to detail the ability to meet tight deadlines great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
This fastpaced team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead. Understanding basic company organization working relationships and business partner roles and responsibilities are important as this position will work closely with other assistants across various organizations within Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Work in partnership with senior leaders functional business partners and other EAs to provide seamless support to the organization.
Proactively manage executive calendars with attention to accuracy detail and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to reprioritize as appropriate.
Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Organize execute and assist with team activities (allhands meetings offsites and team social events)
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Complete expense reports and manage corporate card purchases
Management of team space including moves and reconfigurations
Manage domestic and international travel as needed

5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
