Job Description

As a Content Analyst you will focus on the delivery and maintenance of content viewed by our internal and external clients. Must have the ability to make elaborate topics easy to understand.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with internal Subject Matter Experts and senior leadership to establish an organized process for the management of content available in our knowledge base system.
  • Assist with facilitating the KB article process from ideation to publication.
  • Manage content that allows clients to identify and understand our mortgage products processes or guidelines.
  • Work with SMEs to document our interpretation of investor guidelines
  • Gather and review metrics regarding common questions; identify gaps in current content and improve over time.
  • Partner with multiple business teams as necessary to document and map business process to be built using a Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Assist with search relevancy monitoring and tuning in the designated platform.
  • Work with the Salesforce team as needed on knowledge article and process enhancements.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in a mortgage or banking environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong experience with Word PowerPoint and Excel etc.

  • Experience with HTML is a plus!

  • Attention to detail with a sharp eye for grammatical errors

  • A team player who strives to improve their skillset and takes direction and constructive criticism well

  • Selfreliant highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure

  • Strong business acumen

  • Positive attitude with a desire for personal and professional development

  • Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment anticipate and accommodate lastminute changes

  • High School Diploma

  • Onsite attendance is required
