SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Lingfield RH7
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client wins great instructions and offers a sensational property portfolio for sale: They need an even more sensational Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
Experienced Sales Negotiator wanted! A candidate with excellent selling skills and who is keen to build a career in Estate Agency with a wellknown highly visible and highly regarded local brand.
We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of residential property sales You will currently be working in estate agency and be capable of spotting valuable business opportunities building excellent interpersonal relationships
You will be smart wellpresented wellspoken articulate have an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means as well as a thorough understanding of the residential sales process.
Skills The skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Lingfield and surrounding area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
