Job Description
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related business area Three 3 years of accounting experience including account reconciliation collections and or compliance reporting and demonstrated customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Accounting student billing or financial aid and collections experience Knowledge of Banner software Experience in higher education within the finance accounting or student accounts area Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practices Act Fair Credit Reporting Act Department of Justice Privacy Act of 1974 bankruptcy laws Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and Financial Student Aid Handbook We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
