Job Description
Bayside Volkswagen is currently looking for a talented responsible and selfmotivated Showroom Receptionist to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of an exciting team then we encourage you to read on.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the SalesDepartment while providing basic information when needed
- Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer concernswith integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
- Stock in vehicles upon delivery to our facility light clerical work
- Assist Sales Teamwhen needed to execute customer requests
Hours needed:
Monday thru Wednesday 58pm.
Thursday and Friday 97pm
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
Maintain a professional appearance
