Crestview Cadillac is seeking a receptionistwho is well spoken energetic and professional.
DESCRIPTION
The Showroom Host plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person customers see when they are in the dealership he or sheis instrumental in making sure customers have a positive experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Greets customers and prospective customers in a friendly and sincere manner making them feel comfortable when they visit the dealership
Handles allincoming telephone calls
Performs other duties as assigned

Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attitude and an extraordinary customer service orientation
Superior phone skillsfriendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
