Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Support Engineer with a deep passion for product quality debugging and customer satisfaction to join Ridecell. Being a team player comes naturally and youre someone people can count on to jump in and do whatever is needed to get the job done. You will play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by validating new features helping with postlaunch support and debugging.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Learn & take ownership of postlaunch support & debugging for the countries we launch in Europe.
2. Work closely with internal and external customers to drive the quality of delivery.
3. Collaborate with engineers to deliver highquality solutions & resolve issues quickly.
4. Actively update maintain and monitor Asset Management Solution
5. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
6. Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance steps taken to resolve them and the specific dates/individuals involved
7. Building dashboards & analytics

Qualifications for Technical Support Engineer

• 5 years of proven experience in technical support or SDET.
• Excellent debugging & data analysis skills.
• Timemanagement skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
• Commitment & passion to excel & grow technically.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
• Experience with Postman sumologs is a bonus.
