Senior Product Manager Identity Resilience

About The Team:
The Product Management team at Rubrik drives Rubriks vision forward ensuring we continue to secure the worlds data by delivering on our marketleading platform to address our customers most challenging data management & security needs. Our Product Managers are responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams towards the goal of shipping highquality products on time. We wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products. As advocates for both our users and our business Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.
About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager Identity Resilience is responsible for endtoend strategy and of Rubriks Hybrid Identity Protection offering ensuring that customers identity services are resilient secured and compliant. This role is a unique opportunity to share the future of identity resilience. You will partner closely with engineering design sales and Rubrik customers to validate the pervasive pain points and bring to market a differentiated and marketleading solution to help address these problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for enterprise identity protection ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the development of security and protection features for identity platforms such as Active Directory (AD) Entra ID Okta and AWS Identity Center.
- Drive adoption and engagement of identity protection features working closely with enterprise customers to understand their security pain points and requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering and design marketing and sales to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Stay up to date on industry trends identity security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Define key success metrics and use datadriven insights to make product decisions.
- Represent the product internally and externally serving as a subject matter expert in enterprise identity security and protection.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on B2B enterprise security and identity protection.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) security including handson experience with Active Directory Entra ID Okta AWS Identity Center or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex identity security concepts into userfriendly solutions.
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks related to identity protection (e.g. SAML SCIM OAuth Zero Trust threat detection MFA least privilege access).
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their security and identity needs.
- Must be based in Bangalore and able to collaborate with teams in a hybrid work environment.
