Description of the role:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivatedcertified MaseratiAlfa Romeo technicians to join our growing teamatStateline Maserati Alfa Romeo in Fort Mill South Carolina. As aTechnician you will beresponsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining our clients luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. This full time position offers a competitive pay rate of $25$48.00 per flat rate hour. Our front end team currently averages 4.0 hours per customer pay repair order and is continuing to push toward making Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo the best in our market.

Pay Rate: $28$48.00

Performance based increases: $2.50 retroactive at 100hrs turned additional $2.50 at 120 hours turned

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive service technician
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid drivers license
