Title: Managing Attorney Referral Department

Are you an experienced attorney with a genuine interest in labor and employment law If so we want you to apply to join our cuttingedge labor and employment law firm dedicated to protecting workers rights.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Managing Attorney to oversee the firms Referral Department. Our firm is looking for someone to help build out a robust referral business unit to generate referral fees for cases that the firm cannot take on itself.
The Managing Attorney of the Referral Department will be responsible for evaluating a large and growing number of cases and recommending which cases should be referred out to one of the firms referral partners.
The Managing Attorney will also be responsible for hiring and building out a new referral department team training and coaching the team and developing strategies for growth.
This could be a great opportunity for an experienced employment litigator who no longer wishes to litigate cases. Must be a qualified California Bar member to be considered.
Requirements:
Active member of the California Bar
5 years of labor and employment experience
Indepth knowledge of wage and hour violations
Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams
