Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a fulltime Remote Medical Administrative at the PFC James Dunn VA Clinic in Pueblo Colorado.
Details:
- Full Time
- MondayFriday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- No nights weekend or holidays
- *Remote: Contractor personnel may work 100 of the time in a nonVAowned space within a 50 mile radius of any of Colorado our locations.
Job Requirements
- Have a High School education or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Type at least 50 WPM
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
Core Duties:
- Outpatient Scheduling and Process and Procedures.
- Front desk duties which may vary at each location depending on the clinics needs.
- Coordinates and authorizes Veteran care with community providers that the VA does not supply
- Works with Lead Scheduler to achieve all patient communications are completed on time
- Screens/receives phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
- Responds to telephone inquiries regarding delivery of services.
- Daily computer use of Microsoft office products to include Excel Word Outlook &Microsoft Teams.
- Perform appointment scheduling tracking pre and post appointments contacts as required
- Performs quality customer service for all patients; patient families; VA Staff contractors physicians fellows residents.
Compensation: $4600 to $48000/year.
