Job Description:
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our clients team in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data providing insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking processes and supporting the overall financial health of the business.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including budgets forecasts and variance analysis
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decisionmaking
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
Conduct profitability analysis for various products markets and business units
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and longterm financial plans
Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
Provide adhoc financial analysis and support to senior management as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CIMA certification is a must
35 years of experience in management accounting preferably in the FMCG industry or similar
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
