Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute the marketing strategy for diagnostic imaging pharmaceuticals in the assigned territory including identifying market trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
Brand Management: Drive brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels for our imaging products.
Product Launches: Lead the marketing efforts for product launches including developing gotomarket plans implementing sales training and promotional materials.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Medical Affairs Regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and regulatory guidelines.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing tactics.
Campaign : Oversee the creation and of marketing campaigns including digital print and eventbased marketing to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
Sales Support & Training: Provide marketing support to the sales team ensuring they have the tools resources and training necessary to successfully promote and sell our products.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the assigned region ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry and local market laws.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or a related field (MBA preferred).
Significant years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical biotechnology or medical device industry with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging products.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns in a highly regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry diagnostic imaging trends and customer needs in the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials and presentations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and strategy.
Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for market visits customer meetings and conferences.
