Are you a highperforming Automotive Sales Associate who is looking for a new opportunity Or are you in mobile/phone sales and looking to get into the industry
Were seeking Sales Associates for our Castle Mazda of Downers Grove store join our team!
Mazda Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build a strong client base
- Exhibit consultative selling skills.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Mazda Automotive Sales Associate Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Previous automotive sales or mobile sales are preferred
- Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Valid drivers license and meet insurability guidelines

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
