Position: Senior Application Programmer (FES)
Location: 100 Remote
Clearance: T3 Background Investigation Required
Certification: Security CE
Education: Bachelors Degree (BS or BA) Required

Position Summary:
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Programmer to support our potential DLA customer. The ideal candidate will analyze design develop and enhance software applications that support key business functions such as finance logistics contracts and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for core operational areas.
Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts translating design into robust computer software.
Design code test debug and refine applications to optimize performance and usability.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including programlevel and userlevel guidance.
Enhance software for improved efficiency and reduced operational costs.
Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
Develop and modify procedures to address complex computing challenges considering system capacity runtime limitations and desired outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 years of relevant application programming experience.
Experience developing APIs to support LowCode/NoCode Development Platforms.
Expertise in agile and hybrid lowcode application development methodologies.
Strong background in BPMNbased process automation software utilizing tools such as Appian Salesforce and Nintex.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server databases and the Microsoft .NET development environment.
Experience working with largescale DBMS and developing complex software solutions.
Familiarity with lowcode/nocode BPMN tools for efficient process automation.
