Family Preservation Therapist LSW or LPC Hamilton County OH
Compensation: $60000 $64000 per year productivity bonus eligible
Family Preservation Therapists with National Youth Advocate Program work in the community as part of our Intensive InHome Services team. In this role you will deliver Intensive InHome Mental Health Services throughout Hamilton County to adolescents youth and children as well as their families who have been referred or identified by the County Courts Family and Children First Council or other County Agencies.
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee you will work closely with youth family foster parents and community partners providing counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Provides individual group and family mental health therapy case management transportation and other professional services to clients served
Managing a small caseload you will travel daily to provide Intensive InHome Services to and on behalf of youth and families in compliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements.
You will meet with each client 23 times per week.
Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health medical educational psychological vocational and social services.
Regularly reviews and modifies youthbased plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.
Provides safety assessment crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
LSW or LPC required
Experience in providing both individual and family therapy
Experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred.
Experience with TFCBT preferred
Daily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during nontraditional hours if needed
Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation automotive insurance and a good driving record.
You have good computer and technology skills
Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned
