Im currently helping a wellknown London based practice in their search for a number of Part IIs on a long term contract basis to work on large scale International projects within the Sports sector. This is a long term contract minimum 6 months but likely top continue for years not months. Its an outside IR35 position with a rate circa 22/hr depending on experience.
First things first you will need to have previous experience of working within the Sports sector specifically Stadia. If you dont have the Stadia experience but do have a background on large scale Arenas or Concert Hall then you may still be considered.
Youll be working on changing the use of certain sports projects across the world. Many of these projects are very high profile so its an exciting chance to work on prestigious international projects.
Youll mainly be working within RIBA stages 34 so a solid understanding of the planning process and assisting with planning applications is required as is the ability to produce strong detailing packages.
Revit experience is a must and a Revit test may be part of the interviewing process.
