Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Mixing pouring and spreading concrete on various construction projects ensuring consistency and quality.
- Preparing job sites by cleaning and leveling areas for concrete placement.
- Setting up aligning and securing forms to hold concrete during the pour ensuring accuracy in dimensions.
- Assisting with the installation of rebar wire mesh and other reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operating and maintaining concrete mixers vibrators power trowels and other equipment as needed.
- Smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
- Monitoring the concrete curing process to ensure proper hardening and prevent cracks or other issues.
- Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure safety and functionality on the job site.
- Collaborating with foremen and crew members to adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficiently
- Aid in remodeling projects
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Assist in various building tasks
- Utilize hand tools for construction purposes
- Support electrical work as required
- Reliable hardworking willingness to learn
- Must be able to work in team setting
- Experience in concrete finishing masonry and general construction
- Experience in remodeling projects
- Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus
- Familiarity with various building tasks
