Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthend reconciliations ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in financial statement preparation and reporting.
Conduct variance analysis identifying and explaining key financial trends.
Support monthend and yearend close processes including journal entries and accruals.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
Assist with ASC 842 lease accounting if applicable.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Support audit requests by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience including monthend reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
Experience with variance analysis and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
