Senior Merchant Global Womens Sports

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

We are seeking Senior Apparel Merchant to join the Global Womens Sport Merchandising team. As a key member of Womens Sport Merchandising you will collaborate across the Global Womens Sport organization to shape the product assortment for Womens Basketball Apparel including Signature Branded and.or WNBA Licensed Apparel. There are currently two open Sr. Apparel Merchant roles: WNBA and Basketball AP merchandising (Branded & Signature).

These roles will deliver against the financial and business objectives of the Womens Basketball Apparel business while maximizing the brands impact in the market.

You will work closely with Global Product Creation Brand Marketing Sports Marketing and Geography Merchandising and Marketplace Teams to drive merchandising excellence and ensure a consumerfirst approach to Womens Basketball Apparel.

We need someone with:

Merchandising Expertise: Ability to craft a significant product mix shape business strategies and influence multiseason plans.

Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and leadership that inspire and bring teams together while valuing diverse perspectives.

Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in retail metrics key performance indicators and financial insights.

Agility & ProblemSolving: Quick thinking resourceful and solutionoriented in a fastpaced retail environment.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3 years of experience in merchandising product creation or retail in a vertical or wholesale environment.

Experience in footwear apparel or equipment merchandising.

Strong strategybuilding skills to shape future business opportunities.

Proven ability to balance art and science in decisionmaking.

Selfdirected independent and motivated to drive results.

Drive the consumer product offering various Apparel classification from insights to product adoption.

Manage multiseason product assortments with a deep understanding of the Nike consumer marketplace landscapes and retail environments.

Work both autonomously and collaboratively ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation.
