Job Description
Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center has an opening for a Full Time Cardiovascular/Surgery Tech!
As a Cardio/Surg Tech at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center youll play a vital role in doing what you do best providing quality care to our patients.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technologists possess a current ORT certification
- 24 years of experience in this or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Assists surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile setup for operations and passing items to doctors and nurses as needed.
- Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field
