Are you ready to be part of the energy transition Join us as a Certificates Logistics Specialist and help manage the operational processes behind green and emission certificates across Europe.
What you will do:
Handle deal bookings checks validations and amendments in collaboration with the Front Office
Compare and manage daily transactions across internal systems and national green registries
Perform reconciliation checks with internal teams and external clients
Onboard and maintain new and existing registry accounts
Support system adoption and general process implementation and improvement
Invoice check and processing
What you bring & who you are:
Degree in Business or Economics
13 years of relevant energy industry experience is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
Quick to learn and proactive in driving improvements
Solid MS Office skills
Familiarity with ENDUR green and emission registries is an advantage
