Position Description:

Ceribell is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Manager GTM & New Product Strategy for the GoToMarket (GTM) team. This role is responsible for developing executing and refining the launch strategy for new features product extensions and additional indications to ensure successful adoption from the commercial team and ultimately customers. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong strategic and analytical skills and be effective working across functions as the launch owner. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

This role is a hybrid position requiring inoffice presence 23 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs growth opportunities competitive threats and emerging trends. Develop comprehensive GTM strategies that support Ceribells goals.
  • Define and execute on key product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences across channels.
  • Inform feature or product launches through direct feedback from sales team and customers via targeted discussions in the field.
  • Work closely with Product Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive alignment on GTM initiatives and support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Develop and implement GTM tools training materials and resources to equip the sales team for successful engagements.
  • Establish KPIs and track the performance of GTM initiatives adapting strategies based on results and data insights.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers the sales team and internal teams providing valuable insights into customer needs and feedback on products and GTM approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in GTM strategy product product marketing consulting or related roles preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and drive alignment in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Direct sales experience preferred not required

A candidates final salary offer will be based on their skills education work location and experience and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribells corporate compensation plan.
